(erielack) NYSW to lease ex Erie East of Binghamton

Well, after many rumors, it appears that NYSW is indeed going to lease 
(pending STB approval, right?) the former Erie/EL line east of 
Binghamton for five years, to take over local service.  Binghamton-
Port Jervis, starting a week from today.  NS to retain rights for 
overhead traffic.
