Not so fast.
New York City is still the largest city in the US by population. New York's
population in the 2000 census was a little over 8 million while Los Angeles
had under 4 million. Not even close.
In addition, the largest city in the contiguous 48 states is Jacksonville,
Florida.
Hate to say it but you're 0 for 2! ;)
