RE: (erielack) right under our noses...

To respond to my own post, I guess trains crossed between main tracks and
the passenger yard lead at the old Baker hand crossovers, ML King Blvd.,
which may be out of sight in this picture.  Hence, only two wires needed at
the spot pictured.
