Re:(erielack) Phoebe, on the Metro North

I'm surprised that the Lackawanna's premier train, Phoebe, didn't go all
the way to the windy city.  That would be like terminating the Silver
Meteor at Richmond, because the SAL didn't own the rails from there to New
York.
I'm getting my rail fan education improved on this list.
