Hello all,

   While poking around the Graham Line between Middletown and Otisville is 
discovered this odd structure.  It is about 100 feet from the tracks on an 
embankment about 15 above track level.  There are two what look like inlets 
for streams from either side and the big steel pips leading down toward the 
tracks, however the outlet is not vissible.  It looks like it has been long 
out of service.  What is it and while is it no longer needed?
