RE: (erielack) Mystery EL location...
OK it sure looks like Portland. That white building in the rear left is
still a gas station, it appears. What does "end of circuit" mean though?

Paul,
It sure looks like Portland to me. The station in the
background along with the white building compare very
well to this shot I took. We have the H74 power
sitting next to the Portland Diner while the crew eats
before they went and switched the DL interchange. I
believe the switch in the foreground of your shot is
the lead for the Portland Wye and the Old Main down to
the east.
