I thought ahead and bought 20 of these cars, undec, with EL in mind. The cab-car ends need some major work, as do the doors, but the rest of the car is pretty good.

They strip pretty easily, too - I happened upon a Metro-North painted one, which immediately got stripped with Chameleon paint remover, and it worked out very well.
