You're right. This train might have been in the eastbound Phoebe Snow's
old timeslot, but technically speaking, it wasn't really the Phoebe. That
may be the reason for the confusion.

Chuck,
Yeah I don't think the name Phoebe Snow was in the timetable through
1962..... Didn't EL drop it in 1961 and then revise it under William White
in August
of 1963?? The train on fire could have been the Erie Lackawanna Limited...
