This does not seem to have come back through; it's not in my copies of the
last three digests. But I also don't seem to have gotten a digest #1910
either. Did anyone else get one?
Note that unless some EL is included in the Dayton area, this is all the
former EL coverage I have and the most eastern coverage in any is just west
of Cleveland. I updated a couple of other things below also -

Also, looks like $20-$25 a book is the going rate on these, although all the
ones I found listed were newer than these.
I would swap for a book or copies from a book that include the former LV
main line as per the same date 1-1-77 anywhere west of Sayre. Books which
show the ex-NYC between Albany and Rochester would also be of interest.
