(erielack) railroad stories
I've been looking at a Chicago Great Western website; it's a road I was fond of because they let me extend my Pennsy pass from Omaha to Chicago, a couple of times. They've got a number of really good "True Tales of the Rails" stories at http://trainweb.org/cgw/history-bin/true_tales.html#anchor130183. It's not EL, but it's about universal railroad experiences.
