Railroad Model Craftsman has a How to Model a Passenger train article this
month (pages 72-75).  One of the references he uses (modeling the Baltimore
and Ohio) is an annual consist book.  Is there such a thing for the DL&W?
I've seen consists discussed from time to time on this list, but not in a
consolidated format
