  I have some older Erie ET's and there are no clearances listed. It was just this one ETT that I have that has that.
   
  I've been under those bridges and I don't believe anything has been done to them since they were built many decades ago. They still have the steam exhaust shields. The B&O/PRR joint double track parallels the Erie main through this stretch, but at a slightly lower level. Double stacks and auto racks clear, but not by much!!!

  Perhaps a rebuilding of bridges or undercutting the right of way removed the restriction.  Will look further.
