(erielack) Updated EL and recent photos web page

Did a road trip to Kansas City. Caught UP 2771 xEL SDP45 3662 in a 8 unit
power move by Kansas City Union Station and EL SD45 3607at St Louis. Also
some early EL/CR power in Binghamton-Altoona-Harrisburg Summer 1976.
