  Rick,

  It is located at a junk yard on "upper" Luzerne St. almost on Keyser Ave.  Next to an L.A.Lewis building.

  Not to far from the old DL&W Keyser Valley tracks.

  I had never been on that part of Luzerne St. 

  I can't remember the last time I an E-L car.

  Quite the surprise..........
