Bill:  The Fairchild photos that I recall were taken in the mid-fifties when
the DL&W was attempting to sell off surplus real estate.  John Mahoney was
in charge of the project assisted by Fred Buechner, Elwood Bonney and me.
First Marketing Corp (O.A. Kieb) was the outside consulant.
