(erielack) Bachmann Spectrum SD-45 w/DCC

I just received a brand new EL SD45 from the Bachmann Spectrum line.
[with all the Atlas and Katos I have, I figured I'd take a chance on a
Spectrum and see if it's all it's cracked up to be]  

I don't use DCC, therefore I'm trying to figure out how to remove the
shell without breaking anything.  I need to remove the decoder and put
in the jumpers for straight DC operation.

Any help out there would be appreciated.
