No.....I think they just added a code because 303 covered the whole state. 
The museum also has an 800 number......800-365-4591 but the office seems to 
have a hard time transferring calls to the Library.

As I said, Bob is a goldmine of info on steam loco technology, DL&W and 
other latter day steam locos but don't expect him to know much about 
operations or rolling stock.
