Frank and listers,
The lower unit = speed restriction as shown starts
The upper unit = speed restriction at next restriction in advance (in other words the next restriction)

In the Diamond's From the Workbench (page 3) there are DLW speed limit
signs. Question, what do the two numbers mean? For example there's a
40 in a yellow triangle on top and a 50 in a black rectangle below.
