My First thought was Gravel Place until you mentioned Scranton. Linden St bridge in the background, Liggett's Gap in the upper left corner, I agree with Bob's assessment.

Looks like dropping down into Scranton East bound. Switch going off to 
the left would be the start of the Wye.
