I originally thought this was the west end of Bergen Tunnel, old  portal,  
Then possibly the east portal.   After further checking  neither one seems 
to be right.    So, I'm open for opinions,  confirmations, or donations. 
Hoping for the later but will take the first two if  I have to.   Erie Tunnel 
maybe?
