My original point about the whole thing was that this was happening on and  
near former Erie Lackawanna property, namely Brier Hill Yard. So I think 
this  qualifies for EL content. I'll let things rest with this statement.

I was trying to get across that the list is about  the EL, not current-day
railroading, and the EL didn't know from  fracking.  Someone else was more
direct:  "Could we stay on  topic, please?"
