Yes, but the machine Bill mentioned was at the place where 
the loop was "closed" -- at the junction of the Diamond 
Branch.

In any case, here's the page from ETT #46, Effective Sept 
18,1924.

Yes, we know from the ICC records that they did indeed, from 
Nay Aug, thru Jessup, back down to the Storrs Brkr.
