(erielack) Virus?

Henry:
Did any e-mail come through to the EL list from my account that was a virus? 
I woke up this morning to about 40 postmaster undeliverable e-mails that 
looked to have come from my e-mail account.  I have changed the password 
already but haven't found anyone in my address book that recevied an e-mail. 
Is there anything I can do to "toughen up" the security of my account?
