Re: (erielack) Erie Shin Hollow bridge



Doesn't this look like a old turntable bridge? Talk about a bridge to nowhere. I wonder what the Erie-Lackawanna paid in taxes on this? I would guess it was built and maintained by them. There are some groups trying to replace their turntables. I do hope someone sees this and makes a offer. I can't help myself, but when I look at the Erie main or where it was. I see Chicago, not Port Jervis at the end of it. Next time I'm on the train here. I hope I'm in position to see it.  Lackawanna Lance
