It sure looks like it! Thanks for the confirmation, Pat - I always thought it was where Boonton Molding is (the track and signal
bridge are almost identical at both locations), but now I know the truth....

Attached is a photo of the Norda plant from the 1940s that seems to show these ARE the Boonton Rubber structures...
