You are right, it was formerly called Foster by the DL&W and there were two
stations at one point. Both are now gone. Here are photos of the original
one on Route 11 built in 1888, which was the former freight and passenger
station: http://www.west2k.com/papix/fosterdlandw.jpg. The station that
was built on the hill in 1915 when the cut-off was built was passenger only
(freight was still run out of the original station on Route 11), it was torn
down in late 1990's. Here is a photo:
