"Port_Morris-7_May_1969_copyright_W.E.Botkin.jpg" - image/jpeg, 1024x691 (24bit)

I am modeling the interior of the Port Morris Tower in the 1952 era and have
a couple of questions:

1. When I worked there in 1969, there was a small CTC machine to the
left of the main machine (photo posted) to handle the single track from West
Port Morris to Slateford. Since the Cut-off was single tracked in 1958,
that CTC machine was obviously not there in the early 1950's, so I assume
that the entire Cut-off was automatic block signals with manual crossovers
(electrically locked?).

2. If my assumption is correct, then the Port Morris Tower "machine"
just controlled the section from Hopatcong crossovers to West Port Morris
with electro-pneumatic switch machines in the early 1950's, or was there
more?

3. A photo by Rich Taylor in 1965 in the DL&W Facilities book #2 shows
the left edge of a CTC-like machine to the right of the main machine when
facing away from the tracks. That CTC-like machine was not there in 1969 -
does anyone know what that was, what it controlled and when it was
installed?

Many thanks for any help!
