(rshsdepot) CSX Towers: Sand Patch closed, Hyndman demolished

SAND PATCH TOWER CLOSES: Today CSXT extended its TCS, along the Keystone
Subdivision, from Sandpatch to Garret, Pa. New signals are now in service
between Manila and Wimer Run. Sand Patch Tower has been closed and
interlockings at Garrett, Yoder, Sand Patch and Manila are now controlled by
the CM Dispatcher in Sand Patch... On October 30 both Hyndman Tower and the
