I received word today that ground breaking for the reconstruction of 
the Noxen station (Phase 1) will take place Thursday morning, August 
7, 2003. Phase 1 reconstruction has been funded by two grants: one 
form the PA Historical and Museum Commission and the other from the 
Endless Mountains Conservancy. Phase 1 will see the exterior of the 
Station rebuilt. Phase 2, for which funds must be raised, will 
involve the interior and will come later.
