Paul,

You must be reading my mind. I was thinking about just that this evening. If 
people don't want to go elsewhere, keep these topics under one subject name. 
Thus, those interested in discussing or at least reading the dialogue will be 
able to do so. Those who don't want to can use that handy little button on the 
keyboard called "delete".

The subject could be called "Internal Affairs" or something on that order.
