Thanks to all that responded to my questions. I will add that the O-Scale
article was in Model Railroader - August 1975. The author was E. Deimling.
There is also a set of drawings in Train Shed Cyclopedia NO. 5. However the
cars were apparently very elusive as I have rarely seen any phots other
than the builders photos.
The responeses on contents helped me.

ago, I don't recall just when.  I would be easy to find with the on-line
index at ModelRailroader.com (I think that's where it is).  It was about
doing an O-scale model, but as we all know, prototype dimensions don't
change.  There were drawings, quite good ones IIRC.
