(erielack) EL-related items in new Railpace

Folks,

	The January 2005 Railpace is out, and has a few items of interest:

	* Some daylight shots of CR locals working on the P&D in Murray Hill and the new Boonton, NJ consignee, Dietrich Steel.
	* A shot if the first production NJ Transit PL42 (missing NJT markings), effectively the successor to the GP7P/RS3/E8/U34CH on EL lines in northern NJ. In my opinion, it looks like someone hit an ALP-46 electric with an ugly stick!  So much for design... I don't even think an EL paint job would save it.
	* A large article on photographing the Northern Branch today, very well done.
