(erielack) Old Main line-Goshen/Middletown

I used to drive frequently on I-84 between Poughkeepsie and Scranton in the
1980s. I recall seeing RDCs on the Mainline until around 1984. The tracks
were pulled up relatively soon after, certainly by 1985.
