(erielack) Phoebe Snow Fire in 1962?

Apparently a similar episode occurred in Hubbard OH one night, when the
local fire dept was called out to douse a fire in the Phoebe's
tavern-lounge. Can anyone identify the location of the photo on this web
page? It appears in a book I have, and the caption says upstate NY. Danville
perhaps?

Anyone know any other details of this event? Any photos? What happened
