(erielack) Cross Harbor Accident

Not exactly EL content, but there has been lots of List discussion recently
on NY Harbor. Acc to Monday's "Trains" newswire, a CH carfloat and 5
carloads of cocoa beans sank during loading at Brooklyn Marine Terminal on
Sunday. This may be CH's only carfloat, in which case it would be at least
temporarily OOB.
