You could argue there were several; the one marking the "groundbreaking" is
indeed in Deposit. There's one commemorating the first use of RR telegraph
at Harriman, NY, and there's another at Starrucca.

Is it the marker in Deposit where the first shovel of dirt was turned?  This
marker has been moved approximatey 1 mile from it's original location.
