Paul,

Limestone slurry can be injected downstream of the combustion process.  One 
of the by-products may be wallboard quality gypsum.  Not all FGD systems use 
limestone slurry and not all gypsum may be suitable for wallboard.  With 
this qualifier, there are wallboard plants being built of in operation that 
use FGD by-products to make wallboard.
