Not a duplex;  a Mallet.  (Say "Malley," unless you wanna be affected and say "Mallae" with the
French inflection. Monsieur Mallet was French.  But don't say mallet, like a hammer.)  Steam used
twice, first high pressure in the rear cylinders, then low pressure in the front.
