Our friends in Barnegat drove us over to Sweet Jenny's after dinner for a 
look at the three cars. All are still sitting on the house moving dollies used to 
transport them and the trucks are stacked up at the back of the property. 
2999 is sitting right alongside the rode for all to see and appears to be 
undergoing repair with quite a bit of the sidepanels below the windows cut out and 
other places on the body marked for repair. On side is painted in a flat green 
scheme with Erie and the carnumber in the letter board. The other side is 
boxcar red with the former restaurant name still in place. I took a few shots but 
the light was fading quickly and bushes along the side of the parking lot made 
photography difficult. Ohter than that, there doesn't appear to be much 
progress.
