Google Earth shows the connections between the xEL and xPRR lines are 
still intact at the northwest and southwest quadrants.

That is, eastbound EL to northbound PRR (of southbound PRR to 
westbound EL) and eastbound EL to southbound PRR (or northbound PRR 
to westbound EL).

The excursion will have to make a reverse move at some point.
