(erielack) Martins Creek plant closing

Well I just heard that tomorrow the Martins Creek power plant will be  
closing its two coal burning furnaces forever! A big victory for the tree  hugging 
environmentalists... :-(
 
Is this plant also located on former DLW/EL trackage or is the Portland  
Plant the only one thus far?? If not, then my apologies for posting  this to the 
EL list...
