This plant is actually located on the East Shore of the Delaware River
in NJ.  It is not the Portland Plant.  The unit coal trains got there by
running up the old Bel-Del out of Pburg shot over to plant before the
Delaware river bridge behind Alpha Cement.  These trains were very hard
to catch since they were mostly nocturnal.  I saw once picture of one in
a Railpace a few years back.  Joel
