"Erie Power" contains a photo of the units in UP paint, but not Erie 
unfortunately. As Schuyler says, these units were the centerpiece of GE loco 
R&D which eventually led to the U25B, and ultimately to dominance orf the US 
locomotive market. Big things from small beginnings.

SGL:  I'm sure you are aware of the several pictures in the various Erie 
books (Erie Power, Erie Memories, Erie RR story, etc?)
