Hi folks,

On a recent business trip to Denver, I had the pleasure of being able to
stop by lister Bill Botkin's home to see how progress has been on his
DL&W layout since the last time I saw it over 7 years ago. Progress, I'm
happy to say, has been very good!

You might have seen Bill's modeling in Railroad Model Craftsman (DL&W
Port Morris turntable, DL&W E8 superdetailing), so some of these scenes
might have a familiar "ring" to them. Bill's layout represents the DL&W
in the early 1950s specifically in the area of Port Morris, NJ, with a
small slice of the Sussex Branch to Newton, NJ. Bill has been
beautifully replicating the prototype - he has captured the "look and
feel" of Port Morris, as these photos I snapped will show you.

Enjoy! Thanks to Bill for allowing me to share these images with the
list. Anyone else want to share their EL/DL&W/Erie layout photos?

	- Paul
