interesting post on the graham line;

i frequently go from NJ to the catskills; the newburg row is visible between harriman tolls and mountainville;
it's row crosses the thruway (at grade) just below the hill-crest SOUTH of moutainville. i believe the station
in mountainville is still standing, south of Moodna Creek. on parallel rte 32, where the present line overpasses, you
can still see where the newburg line was on a lower level of this short viaduct. Trains Magazine published a photo awhile
back, of the depot at Blooming Grove; one of my ancesters is said to have been the agent there. and there is a Gerow Road
off of rte 92 just east of the thruway.
at graham, the road truss-bridge overpass has benn replaced; i once drove up the freight line row from there, saw
the fly-over, and up the line, the footings of a water tank? and coaling station? before re-joining the pavement
just south and east of the otisville tunnel.

last week, drove thru Campbell Hall, the location of the NYO&W depot is an open field, nice restored caboose parked
 just south of the O&W/NYC crossing/junction.
also interesting, were the photos of the Ringwood Junction. I spent summer of 1947 at Lake Erskine, but never saw it.
but my dad and i did see, and get on, an Erie gas-electric, next to 2-3 steamers at Wanaque. there is a photo of one of
the gas-electrics, behind what is now the Ringwood State Park HQ, in the Erie Memories book.
