(erielack) Station at Andover?

Please forgive my ignorance regarding the lay of the land in all of  
Andover, but when I think of  Andover - I picture RT 206 tunneling under  the 
cut-off, where the fill has to be 100 feet high - the eastern end of the  
Pequest Fill I believe. 
Where do they plan on building a station and parking lot?
