Most Baldwins did. You are correct in your assumption that PA's never had
pneumatic MU.

I have about 300 photos of Erie PA's, and the only thing they are MU-ed with
in these photos are other PA's and E8s (VERY infrequently)

No evidence of them mingling with F's...
