That is why Lakeland Bus of Diver handles commuter in the NJ Portion of Cut off Cut-Off!!
 
Besides, used public roads, Rote 46 and I 80. Cut Off weed grown. "Grass Grows over the Cut Off!! And no one is mowing it.

Of course, Walter Rich saw value in it and was angling for the line in the early 1980s. That's why CR did what they did. The market has changed considerably since then, of course, and there's no one in the regional business with Rich's "outside the box" vision these days.
