(erielack) Train Orders

There were specific train order forms that granted authority to operate in
TT/TO ABS territory against current of traffic, at either restricted or
track speed. This train would operate without benefit of signal indication.
While this was normally used in double track ABS territory, it was also used
on EL's former Delaware Division between Binghamton and Susquehanna, and
between Deposit and Port Jervis after the EB main on these segments was
removed as a cost -saving measure. All EB's were then obliged to operate on
the WB main. On the Rock Island, the authority to operate "wrong main" at
unrestricted speed was conferred by Form D-R. Was it called the same on EL,
and was there a different form for operation at restricted speed?
