It would take a miracle to reopen it down to  the transloading  building.  
Fences, paved over streets, containers, trucks, Trees, several  feet of dirt 
in one spot, all would have to be made to go away.  I'm not  sure if parts 
of the right of way have been sold or not?   
 
But then again,  I never thought I would see trains west of the Butler  on 
the NYS&W for years either. :)
