It would take a miracle to reopen it down to the transloading building.
Fences, paved over streets, containers, trucks, Trees, several feet of dirt
in one spot, all would have to be made to go away. I'm not sure if parts
of the right of way have been sold or not?
But then again, I never thought I would see trains west of the Butler on
the NYS&W for years either. :)

Shockingly, the track was used for many, many years after that, sometimes
holding 89' flat cars holding garbage containers! Bob, can you confirm
whether or not the Kingsland Branch is finally done? I believe the garbage
transloading facility in North Arlington no longer uses rail?
